1. hormon...datang bulan, tak cukup tido, stress
2. makanan...kut2 ada kantoi..carb tersembunyi..
3. air...mungkin xcukup air...
4. senaman..maybe senaman yg xpernah buat perlukan air utk pembentukan sel..so bdn jd water resistant.but fat still lose.
